Our Philosophy

Our philosophy at Ignite X Training Gym is to make each clients mentality a “want to” not “have to” when it comes to fitness and working out. We strive to make each class fun yet challenging in a safe and motivational group setting. Our classes are personally designed to engage your whole body using a variety of tools and techniques so that you feel the benefits and accomplish your goals faster.

Our Staff

Erin Schenkey

Owner + Trainer

Erin has a great passion for fitness and wants to share that passion with others who aspire to become better stronger version of themselves. She brings to Ignite 10 years of health and wellness experience as a nurse as well as 7 years of instructing kettlebell and cross training classes. When she’s not at the gym she enjoys spending time with her family. Although balancing family and a career may be tough sometimes she believes finding time for yourself and your health is very important.

Michelle Wolfe

Trainer

Michelle’s primary motivation and focus is acheiving optimal health and balance. She believes incorperating proper nutrition, a variety of different exercises, and having personal goals is the foundation for wellness and success. She would like to share her knowledge and experiences in hopes to help people grow in their own personal fitness journey.

Michelle has competed in a number of events including three triatholons, four duatholons, two mud runs, the Ironman 100 mile bike ride, and numerous 5, 7, and 10k runs. After losing 100 lbs she trained and competed in the Northern States Natural Figure Competition. She has a certification in Tabata Bootcamp fitness instruction and has done one-on-one personal coaching as well.
